Devon Businesses offered sweet success

Herne, the company behind the workshops, is a consultancy which  matches businesses with the right skills and tools to help them enhance their business performance.
The ‘Sweet Success’ workshops, which are held on a one-to-one basis,  aim to give businesses an opportunity to focus on their strategic direction and identify what tools are required to achieve their objectives.
Rozz Algar, Principal Consultant at Herne said: “We believe in supporting people to help them enhance their business, giving them the tools they need to help themselves.
“At Herne we provide access to a wide range of specialist skills for micro, small and medium-sized businesses including organisational strategy, HR & people development, marketing, branding and communications; our role is to identify, with the business, which skills are required and how to apply them in the short and long term.
“We’ve been inspired by the likes of Alex Polizzi and Mary Portas, who’ve helped a range of businesses to identify and build upon their strengths. These workshops are designed to help businesses to explore ways they can enhance their business and set them on the right path
“There’s no catch: we’d like to encourage businesses to contact us so that we can arrange a convenient time for their workshop.”
The free workshops are available to businesses of all sizes throughout the area: for further details, email enquiries@herne.org.uk.
