Team Build was a great success!

On Friday 3rd June we ran a fantastically successful team build day for the Natural Health Practice (Culm Valley, Devon) , the weather was gorgeous and warm, the setting was stunning - Eastcott Barn is the most beautiful and peaceful rural retreat - and the team put loads in, and got an enourmous amount out. Team build days are not just off-site jollies, but at their best are constructive, focused and highly energising days when every member of the team gets an opportunity to contribute in a significant way.  It may be that a department needs a new direction or drive, that the organisation needs to relook at its vision or business plan, or that the team needs to find a common purpose - whatever the specific objectives, bringing the team together to contribute in this way is highly effective, and leads to long lasting results. The Natural Health Practice team certainly did all of that, and went away feeling energised, with a common purpose and whats more an action plan for the future. I found it an absolute pleasure to facilitate, and the team seemed to enjoy it too!!!   Rozz Algar, Principal Consultant, Herne European Consultancy Ltd   'I just want to thank you so very much for a great day yesterday. You did a perfect job and I admired your energy, sensitivity, professionalism and wit!!  I'm certain everyone was thrilled with your commitment to the achievement of our objectives. I am all too aware that an event doesn't just happen and it was obvious that you'd taken time and thought to facilitate our event in such a complete way. Thank you Rozz....great job!!    Helen Farrel, Counsellor, the Natural Health Practice
